Join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the cable and cable harness market. We're looking for a Project Manager / Project Engineer who will excel in customer relations and product development. 

 You will:
· Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with our diverse client.
· Collaborate seamlessly with engineering and production teams in Mainland China to design and deliver customized solutions tailored to client specifications.
· Oversee project timelines to guarantee timely and budget-friendly completion of deliverables.
· Conduct regular meetings, ensuring smooth operations around technical, quality, cost, and resource management.
· Generate detailed project management reports highlighting progress, budget status, resource management, and issue resolution for the leadership team.
· Occasionally travel overseas to engage with clients and teams directly, ensuring alignment and collaboration across borders.
· Frequent travel to China Factory

 What We're Looking For:
· Previous experience with large corporations or within the cable and cable harness industry is highly advantageous.
· Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
· Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
· Over 5 years of experience in project management.
· Solid understanding of metal manufacturing processes.
· A strong work ethic, resilience, and a proactive approach to learning and working swiftly.
· Outstanding coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
